Our Nourishment: People say nice things about us, but it’s really special when they put it in writing: "Kristin...I had a wonderful time yesterday. The farm is beautiful. The retail area looks exactly how I had pictured it when Pete was explaining it to me. It is a wonderful scenic area. Romantic, family oriented, authentic, pristine. The land is alive. I truly understand Scarlett O'Hara in Gone With The Wind about how your soul is connected to the land. Your land is spectacular."--Pomfret
"The pictures of the group from Spain, Italy & France were awesome! What an amazing and educating experience for the students
to treasure and take back with them! They must have loved the maze! Thank you for sharing these!
What I'm really interested in knowing is, can I get
your delicious ice cream year-round? I visited the farm for the first
time last weekend and my wife and I are now fans for life. We have NEVER
had such wonderful ice cream. We've been to Dresser Hill in Charlton,
Kimbals in Littleton, Bagma's and West End Dairy...
nobody comes close to your wonderful ice cream. I personally had the Moo
moo cookies and cream and the Heifer Nutter Peanut Butter Cup... nobody
else packs their ice cream with so much stuff... usually you have to dig
around and eat mostly vanilla and hope you get a spoon full of flavor
eventually...
ANOTHER thing I noticed: It actually MELTS as true ICE CREAM should, so THANK YOU!
needless to say, for not putting stabilizers in your ice cream! we'll be back!
Tom and Louise br:: hahahah!! YOUR DAD IS AWESOME!! ahahhahah! We ABSOLUTELY know where you get your cool character from! Much warmth and we'll see you soon!
Enjoy, Mary, Rhode Island (of course!)
Send us your comments about the farm! All we need to hear is someone saying “That was A-MAZE-ING! HOW DID YOU DO THAT?” THAT’S ALL WE NEED, then we’re all fired up to go another 1000 miles, (or another 8 miles, as the case may be! The customers are my motivation

Remember when you were in grade school? The first day back to school in the fall was always the assignment – write a report called “What I did on summer vacation.”
What I did on my birthday I love it here! Scott had never seen a hummingbee!
Kristin loves visitors. She hangs out by her utility vehicle and answers questions, sells dried lavender, meets customers at the various places or buy a plant, and just makes herself available to the public at any time for any reason.
Scott beat me to the ice cream counter – I wanted to smell the lavender.
Kristin greeted me with a handful of dried lavender she was processing for sale and a big smile.
“Where are you from?” she asked. “Canterbury,” I said. And that was it. We were off and running. We had a great time just sharing ourselves.
But the best part was when we started to talk about - are you ready for this? Limitlesss Grace!
